ChildSavers offers individual supervision toward licensure for both Residents in Counseling (LPC) and MSW (LCSW) candidates.

Our supervisors bring a long tenure of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings. Our supervisors come with an array of meaningful credentials, including Registered Play Therapist and Certified Trauma and Resilience Specialists. If you are looking to gain valuable and practical supervision toward licensure with an emphasis on working with children and families, trauma, and community-based mental health, please fill out the interest form.

At this time, supervision is provided individually toward clinical licensure at a rate of $100/supervision hour. Future opportunities for group supervision, Register Play Therapist supervision, and School-Based Registered Play Therapy supervision may become available based on interest.

Our Supervisors:

Kelly Cramer, LCSW, CTRP-C, RPT

Kelly Cramer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner, and Registered Play Therapist. She is a school-based clinician and clinical supervisor with ChildSavers. She has been working with children and families for 10 years, previously in New Orleans and currently in Richmond. Kelly provides clinical supervision for MSW’s who are pursuing their LCSW in the state of Virginia.

 
 
Zach Gibson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Trauma and Resilience Specialist. He has 12 years of clinical experience working primarily with children and families across school, residential, and outpatient settings. Zach specializes in play and expressive modalities for children with an emphasis on family engagement and family therapy. Zach currently provides clinical supervision for Residents pursuing LPC/LMFT licensure in the state of Virginia.
 
 
 
Bob Nickles is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT) who lives and works in Richmond, Virginia. Bob has practiced clinical social work since 2009 with a variety of populations across the lifespan and especially enjoys seeing families find new ways to solve old problems. He presently serves as a school-based services manager with the non-profit agency, ChildSavers. Outside of work, Bob enjoys cooking, exercise, and theatre.
