One of ChildSavers’ recently enrolled clients is a 4th grade student named Jade*. Jade was referred to the ChildSavers’ school-based program due to losing both of her caregivers two years ago. She demonstrated trauma symptomology, including nightmares, struggles with emotional regulation that included physical and verbal aggression, and difficulty separating from her current caregiver at school.
