Tuskegee Airmen Motorcycle Club of Virginia
3rd Annual Ride for ChildSavers
May 31, 2008

TAMCVATo the delight of spectators, 350 motorcycles from almost 30 motorcycle clubs rolled through Hillside, Gilpin, Whitcomb, and Mosby Courts, ending at Chimborazo Park in Church Hill. Post-ride festivities featured keynote speakers Major Norris Evans, Chief of Staff of the Richmond Police Department, and Lieutenant Otis Hooper, a member of Tuskegee Airmen Incorporated. The Soldiers on a Mission Step Team of Bethesda Baptist Church also entertained the crowd.

The Mission of the Tuskegee Airmen Motorcycle Club of Virginia is to assist in maintaining the Legacy of the original Tuskegee Airmen of World War II.  They ride their motorcycles in remembrance of and out of respect for the Tuskegee Airmen who fought and endured, so that people today may have the opportunity to not only dream, but to become everything today that they were told would not be possible.  We shall work together to make a difference.

A special “thanks” to the clubs that came together as one to help bring “Hope and Healing” to youth:
